About BETH GOLDE

Known as a reliable, trustworthy real estate professional, Beth has an extensive background which includes law, residential development, marketing and banking. Although a native New Yorker, she graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder and started her career in the real estate department of a Denver law firm. Beth was recruited to join a development team for a residential project in Vail Village where she discovered her passion for the brokerage side of real estate. She obtained a CO Broker’s license then proceeded to market and sell luxury properties.

When Beth relocated to Northern Westchester 20 years ago she was elated to find Ginnel, a firm that shares her core values of honesty and integrity. Her work ethic is appreciated by clients and colleagues and she develops confident relationships with buyer and seller clients. Beth excels at selling a lifestyle and is adept at marketing homes. Beth has a great love of the outdoors, a respect for nature and wildlife, and is an avid skier, hiker, biker and kayaker. She has been known to show property on horseback, skis, by boat, and will always walk the land.

Beth had a four-year hiatus in Low County of South Carolina (Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head area) taking care of aging parents. During that tenure, she joined Engel & Volkers Real Estate and became very familiar with the area. Giving back to the community has always been a rewarding part of her life. Beth has been involved with programs for Colorado Women's Foundation, Vail Valley Foundation and Hospice. In Northern Westchester she was involved with The Boys and Girls Club, fundraised for various community projects in Bedford, Katonah and South Salem and in South Carolina she was on the fundraising committee for the creation of the Port Royal Sound Maritime Center and the nonprofit Under One Roof.
