Born and raised in Bedford, New York, Christopher is deeply rooted in the community he serves. It was here that he founded his thriving site development company, combining his passion for construction and real estate to help shape the local landscape. Following in his grandfather’s footsteps—who worked for Ginnel Real Estate over 30 years ago—Christopher proudly continues his family’s legacy in the industry.
