About JOANNE MONTELEONE

Joanne joined Ginnel Real Estate in 2017 as a member of The Cheryl Neuburger Team.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she holds a business degree from Baruch College  She lived and worked in New York City before moving to Westchester.  Joanne’s professional background includes 20 years at her family’s start-up technology firm.  Her varied experience there spans accounting, human resources, sales, and marketing.

Joanne and her husband moved to Northern Westchester 25 years ago.  She lives in Goldens Bridge, and all of her children attended Katonah-Lewisboro public schools.  Having direct knowledge of what life is like in this special region of Westchester, she loves helping her clients make the same transition from the city to a more suburban or rural setting.

She has been involved in numerous community endeavors and is a dedicated volunteer in the Katonah Lewisboro School District and various sports teams, the Goldens Bridge Hamlet Organization, and the Katonah Women’s Civic Club.

Joanne offers a unique level of insight into the various surrounding neighborhoods and properties in Northern Westchester and loves guiding clients through all aspects of the buying and selling process.  Joanne constantly expands her knowledge of the community and current market trends to serve her clients best.  She is recognized for her commitment to providing exceptional service and has earned a Five Star Professional Award in Real Estate.
