About LISA FITZ

After receiving her BBA in International Marketing, Lisa started her professional experience on Wall Street. Being a Series 7 and Series 63 licensed Financial Advisor for a small investment firm; she quickly learned the skills of negotiating and hard work. Those skills have benefited her as a Real Estate Agent as well.

Lisa joined the team at Ginnel Real Estate in 2006. She is a full time realtor who will work tirelessly, with integrity and enthusiasm for you. As a consistent top producer, she will provide you with experience and knowledge of these changing markets.

A lifelong Westchester County resident, Lisa offers thorough knowledge of our local real estate market. She has lived in Pound Ridge for 20+ years, with her husband and three children. Lisa is the President of the Fitz Family Foundation which actively fundraises for Pediatric Cancers. The foundation has raised over $100,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation as well. She also volunteers for the Neighbor to Neighbor program providing rides and meals to the seniors in the community. Lisa serves on the board for the Pound Ridge Business Association. As a Certified Staging Agent, Lisa can offer a hands-on approach to staging a home beautifully to make it ready to sell.
