About MEGHAN CONDON

Born and raised in Pound Ridge, Meghan has deep roots in northern Westchester and a lifelong connection to the community she now serves.

After attending college in Boulder, Colorado, Meghan accepted a summer position as a whitewater raft guide in Alaska. What was intended to be a single season became an eighteen-year career in adventure tourism, where she advanced through leadership roles to become General Manager of one of Southeast Alaska's largest tourism companies. In that role, she oversaw complex operations, managed a team of more than 100 employees, and helped lead the continued growth of the organization.

Throughout her career, Meghan developed extensive experience in customer service, negotiations, problem-solving, and relationship management. Combined with a family background in real estate, these skills allow her to guide clients with professionalism, empathy, and confidence through every stage of the buying and selling process.

Having lived in Colorado, Texas, Montana, Florida, and Alaska, Meghan ultimately realized there was no place like home. She returned to northern Westchester with a renewed appreciation for the area's unique character, natural beauty, and sense of community, and is excited to help others find their place here as well.

When she's not working with clients, Meghan enjoys hiking with her rescue pittie, paddle boarding, kayaking, and exploring rivers throughout North America. A licensed U.S. Coast Guard captain and accomplished whitewater raft guide, she is happiest on the water and can often be found planning her next river adventure.
